In response to the search that encouraged the developer to submit this project to an international competition, our proposal is in a global context, offering an optimistic and a contemporary lifestyle. Located in Lima, the edge of a golf course, the project establishes a new standard in the area in order to trigger a momentum towards the development of luxury apartments. The building is designed as a collection of boxes of different sizes in order to generate terraces that seem to occur almost randomly. The idea is for the owner to have their own space toward the exterior.
