Competition for a new subway station in Sofia, Bulgaria. The brief asked for a design proposal that would engage the future development in the area, a street that is planned over the station and provide space for public interac- tion. Our proposal consists of a series of egg shape spaces that act as mediators between the exterior above and the interior below. Vegetation would become the connector between both. The two main entrances to the station can be used as places of open air performances during the warm months given de stepping surface.
