Studied the area and in view of the information generated by the Master Plan Jamaica, decided to establish a strategy based on the recognition of current conditions moving away from the temptation to do any operation tabula rasa. Following this logic, we set the areas likely to be tapped which threw us a project based on five possible interventions that would change the face of the area.
