Being a real estate development designed as weekend homes, the main challenge is to create a home environ- ment departments Field tower. The program also includes 9 holes of golf, clubhouse, parking and amenities such as swimming pools and sports fields, so that the Strategic Plan proposes to use the Occupation hillside as the most efficient place to locate homes, leaving more flat area complementary uses. A road runs through a longitudi- nal field, functioning also as a line of development infrastructure. The pools are intended as the main nodes of attraction of the activity of the weekend so they are located on the bottom with greater exposure to the sun.
