The Strategic Plan for Tacubaya is intended to be a clear set of strategies and actions for the specific area called Partial Polygon for Tacu- baya Neighborhood, located in a central area of Mexico City, with an approximate extension of 142Ha. Like any Strategic Plan, this one also seeks to bet on a city model and demonstrate that the proposed actions refer to a unitary framework that considers the city as a set of social, economic, cultural, and urban equations, all of which are affected by variables such as the quality of public space, residential balance, sustainable mobility, sufficient infrastructure and services, in relation to the value of heritage and governance adapted to the intentions expressed in the Plan.
The Tacubaya Strategic Plan is therefore the roadmap to guide these transformations, and therefore, it provides a chapter of actions pro- posed to be developed in the short, medium, and long term.
