The proposal establish forward a strategy of programmatic settlement for the unused railway zone. More than a cosmetic refurbrishment, is an adjustable, flexible urbanism formed by an urban assemblage that seeks to “con- quer” new territories for citizens. Reframing its historical symbolism, the railway is the main element transforming train cars into public spaces renovating the sense of belonging among the area´s inhabitants. It is also a multi- modal articulator enabling passengers to connect at intersections.
