The proposal presents a strategy for programmatic settlement within the unused railway zone, moving beyond cosmetic refurbishment to introduce an adaptive and flexible urbanism. This approach leverages an urban assemblage to “conquer” new territories for citizens, reframing the railway’s historical symbolism as a transformative element. By repurposing train cars into public spaces, the design fosters a renewed sense of belonging among the area’s inhabitants. Additionally, the railway serves as a multimodal connector, enabling seamless integration for passengers at key intersections.
