Traditionally memorials have exalted the power through the size, establishing a top-down relationship. The obelisks, cathedrals, temples, palaces, sculptures equestrian position us in a condition of inferiority to his great- ness. For the bicentennial and the centennial of the revolution, we propose a symbol that clearly and conclusively establishes a new relationship with citizens. The gold surface, clearly defined, appears as an urban archaeological discovery, while expressing its precious object condition, timeless and eternal, acts as the canvas on which the citizen is held, the person, the Mexican. The nation that exalts the national identity.
